About the Coach

Hey! I’m Meg (they/them), an actor, singer, comedian, writer, dramaturg—and your coach!I’ve performed across the country in musical theatre, plays, sketch comedy, voiceover, concerts, and opera, studied at Carnegie Mellon, Brown, and NYU...but you’re not here for my resume. (If you really want to know, you can check out my website!) You’re here because you want an acting coach who sees you for you, instead of forcing you into their system.I’ve always been an intuitive actor who didn’t subscribe to one specific method, and it wasn’t until grad school that I really examined how I do what I do. That’s when I developed this technique, or rather “non-technique,” to encapsulate my mind-body approach and apply it with the singers I coach.I became an actor to make people laugh, to make them think, to make their lives better. If your goal is to change people’s lives with your art, then you’re in the right place. Now let’s get to work!
